I've used this for Pad Thai so far and it's just like white rice noodles, only it has the fiber and protein boost. I'll be buying again when I run out. I'm lucky exists because I don't have a healthy food store in my city that sells whole grain anything except bread.

One of the best gluten free brands

Takes a little bit longer to cook than regular pasta, but it's gluten-free and absolutely delicious! The pasta it's self has a great taste and makes me feel great knowing I am supporting local Canadian-made products.

Even though my family is not gluten-free, we've cut way back on wheat products. This pasta is one we now use regularly, and my family can't tell the difference in taste compared to wheat pasta! They love it!

This is an excellent product. It tastes the same as the real pasta, and actually is better than the real pasta as leftovers. The package didn't ask for olive oil in the boiling water but I would suggest adding it because it did stick together a bit. I would definitely buy this again.
