Rootalive Whole Psyllium Husk is raw and gluten free.
Directions: Mix 1 tablespoon (6g) with at least 8 oz. of water, juice or your favourite beverage. Stir and drink immediately. Drinking an additional glass of water afterwards is advisable to ensure hydration. Serving size (Adults): 1 tablespoon (6g) up to 2 times per day.
May Contain: Sesame, mustard.
Caution: Consuming this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not use this product if you have difficulty swallowing.

Disappointed With Whole Psyllium Husk
The product was packaged well but I did not think that it was as effective as Metamucil. I also found that it did not mix with water as well as Metamucal.
