Salinex is used to treat dry nasal passages (nostrils). Salinex is a sodium chloride solution that provides soothing, effective relief from a dry, irritated nose. Salinex is non-habit forming.
Instructions for Use: To use the nasal spray, place the tip of the container just inside the nostril. Be careful not to touch the container to the inside of the nose. Spray Salinex into the nose (each nostril) as needed; or use as directed by your doctor. After spraying Salinex, breathe deeply through the nose several times to be sure the medication reaches deep into the nose.

WARNING: Consult doctor before use if you have asthma or other chronic respiratory complaints. Do not share. Do not swallow. Consult doctor if: symptoms persist or worsen; no improvement after clearing nose; discharge is thick and yellow or green; skin at the base of the nose becomes raw or crusted; child has other signs of illness (fever, ear infection). Perfect for dry air.
Winter can be so drying. I have a fireplace making it very dry. This relieves my sinuses and eliminates my nose bleeds.

I make sure that I always have this in the house
Good for adding moisture to dry nasal passages and since it's only a saline solution I don't think you have to worry about using it too often. However I think there are better products available.

A staple
I love this spray for moisture in the winter. I also keep one in my purse in case I have an allergic reaction; it really helps me rinse out my sinuses and get over the reaction more quickly.
