So so, the bottle doesn't last long.
I am not sure if the amount you need to take 10ml twice a day, is worth the cost and how fast I went through the bottle. I don't know that I felt any extra difference when taking it, whereas with the better quality pill supplements (especially ones that also contain vitamin c), I have actually noticed a difference in my energy levels and I feel like it lasts a bit longer. I have a so so impression of this product personally.

I love this product , it’s easy on the stomach , don’t notice the taste in juice , and I feel a significant difference . I cut my nails they grow back in less than a week , I feel less lethargic , and I will go do a lab to see how much it has raised my levels d
