Being new to the gluten-free diet, I wasn't sure I would like a “special” soy sauce. I am glad I tried this product. It has a nice, slightly smoky flavor that’s an excellent addition to soups and stir-fries. For those who don’t like too much salt, I recommend this light (less sodium) label, which I feel has the right amount.
