Rated 4 out of 5 by from Similar to Kikkoman's sushi soy sauce I am a little torn with this one. It tastes very similar to the Kikkoman's brand: it is salty and tangy. If you add too much, your entire dish will be inedibly salty and I wouldn't recommend for Chinese fries rice recipes, but if it's a recipe that only requires one or two tablespoons - it works!
