I purchased this product for my gluten intolerant better half and she was ecstatic. Coming from years of enjoying a certain, more popular brand, Ibwas surprised at how good this tastes.
The only criticism I have is that this sauce lacks a certain bitterness that I enjoy from other soy sauces.
With that being said, I would not hesitate to buy this one again.
