Description
The 8th stage in the Santevia Counter Top Mineralizing Water System is a combination of Maifan Stones and bio-ceramic energy balls. During this stage in the process, mineral stones continuously release easily absorbed, ionized minerals into the water, including calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc and other trace minerals. When removed from its source of alkalinity, the pH of water will decrease. The purpose of these stones it to maintain the alkalinity of your water, while adding trace minerals. They mimic the natural effect of the rocks that line fresh mountain streams, and generate the same fresh, great tasting water.

Beautiful Stones
I can’t speak to the science on adding minerals to the water but they look nice and the water tastes good. You will need to wash regularly. I clean the entire system, including the stones monthly, but you could do every fortnight too.
