Holes galore in the bread
I was so excited to make garlic bread from a real baguette and was incredibly disappointed when I sliced the loaf only to find it full of holes and half the bread missing!! I know this can happen on occasion when baking bread but I didn’t get what I paid for and that’s upsetting, to say the last!

This make "Schar" is by far my favorite gluten free bread specially these baguettes!! you can't even tell there gluten free! taste like normal bread!!

Good
Schar is our favourite kind of GF bread! (Especially if you toast it). We used this for stuffing at Thanskgiving and it turned out wonderful!
