Before using this, my kids had only been using the brightly coloured, fruit-flavoured kids' toothpaste. I was a bit nervous to switch to something more adult-like but they both love this toothpaste. I feel it's a good stepping stone to adult toothpaste. Nobody has complained of sensitive teeth or "teeth hurting" since the switch!

Worth zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. Flavour is listed as Gentle Mint (like previous version with light blue cap), yet the taste has totally changed. Like mint bubblegum/grape? It's weird, my son hates it, and now the toothpaste is blue (has blue dye). Bring the old version back!
