I've been using this detergent for many years and love that it's a plant-based product, in addition to being fragrance-free. Even in our hard water, we can use a bare minimum amount in our front-load washer. I recommended it to a friend whose child had skin allergies from a well-known regular, petroleum-based dertergent, and Seventh Generation solved the problem!

I tried Seventh Generation Natural 4x Concentrated Natural Laundry Detergent a long time ago because I liked the reduced packaging and non-toxic ingredients. The lavender smell was lovely and it's a powerful yet gentle laundry detergent. Now I buy the Free and Clear unscented one because I have a baby. It's great at preventing clothes stains and odours too!

My clothes FINALLY feel clean again. I've tried countless "natural" laundry detergents in my quest to use better products for the environment, but I always felt like my clothes weren't as clean as they used to be. One round with this detergent and the freshness came back. I also love that there is zero fragrance. No more going around smelling like a can of Febreeze.
