Love this vanilla!
I do a lot of baking and the larger size of this bottle is perfect. I also like that it is a darker bottle and the vanilla is all natural. It gives a wonderful natural vanilla flavour to my baked goods!

Organic Alcohol does not freeze!!!
I’ve been ordering this Vanilla Extract, but they send me one with Organic Alcohol. Can’t use it to make my Ice Cream, as Alcohol doesn’t freeze. I do use it too make my Chocolate Fudge.

This is the real deal and imparts the perfect flavor to baked goods. The dark glass jar preserves the product well. It was great to find it at well.ca at a reasonable price.

No return!!!
I recently discovered that the "Simply Organic" products I received expire in June 2026. This is an unacceptably short shelf life for a pantry staple. When I contacted your team, I was told that these items are non-returnable because they were "Final Sale."
However, the "Final Sale" notice was not clearly displayed on the product page. It was only visible after clicking through to the "Shipping & Returns" section. As a loyal customer who has frequently purchased from your store, I do not typically check the general return policy for every single transaction. I believe that for items with such short expiration dates, this information must be clearly disclosed on the main product description page so consumers can make an informed decision.
I would never have purchased these items, regardless of the discount, if I had known they would expire so soon. It is extremely frustrating and unpleasant to receive products that are practically unusable for long-term storage.
I strongly suggest that you clearly mark expiration dates for "Final Sale" items in the future to avoid misleading your customers. I hope you take this feedback seriously to maintain the trust of your long-term shoppers.
