Excellent for every day!
I take this every day with water and it's delicious. To me, this one is the best flavour - tastes like orange juice and is so so so much better than Ener-C. It carried me through the pandemic and I really feel like it not only boosted my energy and immune system, but was a nice way to start my day.

Taste good , The booster works well for the day, however still you have to stir because it’s not dissolve instantly.

It does not dissolve
Does not dissolve in water. Had to stir it for a long time but still has sunken so much in the bottom
