The Real Energy Boost
I started taking Super B Complex by Sisu, a year back, and have consistently seen that when I use it, I have higher levels of energy, and better moods. The combination with Inositol is excellent for people who have PCOs, as it helps with insulin resistance as well. I immediately know that I have forgotten to take this supplement, when I start feeling tiered mid-day. This is a must-have supplement for women who may feel low in energy.

I have been using this to help with my prenatal routine. They are an easy to swallow pill. I seem to have more energy and alertness since starting them

Weird smell
I really struggled to use this as the smell was awful and they did repeat on me. I had to stop using this brand.
