I use this occasionally. I like it.

I purchased this powder because it does not contain the additive ''magnesium stearate'' which gives me a headache. it is usually added to capsules, so after spending much money on capsules I had to throw out, I am very careful. This product is basically tasteless and mixes quite easily with water.

Great with juice but difficult with just plain water. Makes the juice pleasantly fizzy. No overpowering tastes. I hugely appreciate this simple mix as I have a lot of food intolerances that don't allow me to take bioflavanoids with my vitamin C. However, I also use a plain ascorbic acid powder because when I want to take large doses of vitamin C, I don't want to overdose on the magnesium, calcium and potassium that are a part of this mix. I calculated that I can max out at approximately 3000mg of vitamin C from this mix using about 2tsp per day without taking too much of the other elements, but I don't do this often because it doesn't take into account my normal daily intake of those elements from food as well. I normally use just 1tsp of this per day and then use the plain ascorbic acid powder if I want more vitamin C.
