Favourite Prenatal
In my opinion this is one of the best prenatal vitamins. A lot of them require up to 4 capsules a day, this only requires 2 and I find it relatively easy on the stomach. It is also a good capsule if you are trying to conceive (not pregnant yet) as the iron level is not too high. If someone does need extra iron, it's easy to get through foods etc. I love that it has the maximum amount of folic acid (1000 mcg) & adequate amoubt of b6 is great. I find a lot of other prenatals lack a decent amount of b6, which is essential for the uterine lining .The pills itself is also very easy to swallow. Will only ever buy these!

It’s alright
So I bought this because it’s a Canadian company and it does what it’s supposed to do. But I chose it specifically because it only requires two a day instead of three, and for some reason I had the assumption that the vitamins and minerals would come from natural sources. They don’t. I using naturelo before this, and what I noticed is that while sisu is two capsules a day, it doesn’t offer a high percentage of the daily recommended amount like naturelo (I realize it’s not recommended for every vitamin/mineral such as A and C, etc.), and it’s also derived more from synthetic materials than natural ones. I’ll be going back to naturelo once I’m done with this one. I am using another one of sisu’s supplements though and I’m fairly happy with it. :)

Great prenatal, bit lower iron, less nausea
I appreciate the slightly lower iron content than most prenatals. Helps me avoid constipation and nausea as with other ones and then I don't have to skip doses. Easy to stomach compared to prescription prenatals. A bit too expensive though, especially on well.ca

Great product
Took them while pregnant (2 per day) and still taking 1/day since I’m nursing. No issues. My aunt who is a herbalist recommended this brand, glad to support Canadian product too. They are pricey though!

Good vitamins
These gave me insomnia, but once I started taking them in the morning I'm happy with them. Did not make me feel sick at all and easy to take gel tabs. Will keep buying.
