Since I no longer eat red meat zinc is missing in my diet. This supplement has meant that my blood tests at my annual checkups do not show a deficiency. Zinc is an essential mineral. SISU is one of my favourite brands.

It is hard to say if this is what has helped, but my skin has cleared up from taking zinc (and omega-3) in a very short period of time. Based on many factors it was found that I was slightly deficient and always dealing with pimples and acne.

Easy to take and good price for this trusted brand. What it exactly does for me, I can't say yet. Too early to tell.
