Sixteen Grains Purple Pancakes. Canadian produced and made from farm fresh ingredients.
Directions: Mix together liquid ingredients. Add Sixteen Grains purple pancake mix. Stir or whisk to combine. Add a splash of milk if needed. Add 1/2 cup of batter to hot oiled pan. Pancakes are ready to flip when bubbles appear on top and begin to pop. Serve with your favourite toppings.

Proof You Don’t Have to Settle for “Meh” Pancakes
I’m pretty picky when it comes to pancake mixes, so I’ll be honest — I wasn’t sure how these were going to be. But they’re actually so good. Soft, lightly sweet, and they don’t taste like you’re “settling” for a healthier option.
They’re made with Saskatoon berries, only four simple ingredients, and they’re Canadian-made, which I love. One package makes a full batch (around 16 pancakes), so it’s easy for busy mornings or feeding little ones without pulling out a million things.
I also love knowing that two pancakes are only 110 calories — it just makes me feel better about what I’m serving. Definitely one of those things I’ll keep on hand and make again.

Easy & Delicious Back-to-School Breakfast
I tried the Sixteen Grains Saskatoon Berry Purple Pancake Mix with my family, and it made such an easy breakfast or evening snack. The pancakes turned out soft and fluffy with a subtle berry flavour that wasn’t overly sweet. I also liked that you can prepare the mix with eggs, applesauce, or banana depending on your preference.
I served ours with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of honey, while my kids added Nutella—their personal favourite! It’s a convenient way to make breakfast a little more fun, especially during busy back-to-school mornings.

Not Purple
I envisioned the Sixteen Grains Purple Pancakes would be purple or blueish having blueberries as one of the ingredients but upon opening the package, I was surprised to see the mix looked like any other pancake mixes. Initially I was a little disappointed thinking these would be unique having “purple pancakes” on the label.
We made these pancakes as a family with our son helping crack the eggs, pour milk, melted butter and mix in the ingredients. He also wanted to throw in some chocolate chips to make the pancakes more fun and delicious.
Overall I’m happy about the ingredients being simple and clean and they tasted good. We really enjoyed them and would buy again.

So delicious!!
We have pancakes quite regularly in our house, usually for lunch! And, wow, these were amazing! Easy to make, beautiful ingredient list, I love that they are Canadian. They tasted fresh and clean and so delicious. Definitely recommend and I would happily buy these in the future!

Simple is better
My whole family really liked the simplicity of sixteen grains pancake mix. Everything about it was wholesome and good for you and sometimes The Best treats are the ones that treat you well. The flavor of it was really good. It was nothing out of the ordinary like there was no bad taste. It was just a pancake mix, but you could taste the hardy grains which is a flavor that I love.

Tastes good
This pancake is very easy to make and my little one had a fun time making it all by herself. It tastes good and moist. The only down side is that it's more brown than purple, and my girl was slightly disappointed with the colour.

Fresh Blueberry Waffles
I got to try out this pancake mix over the weekend and it was really great and easy to use. I did have to use eggs, milk and vanilla syrup but outside of that, it was great. I used it to make fresh blueberry waffles. Going to try again this weekend to make pancakes.

Simple and tasty
I really liked how simple and versatile these pancakes were to make! I used applesauce as the egg substitute and my child had absolutely no clue — he loved them. đ Normally, if I make pancakes that aren’t my usual from-scratch recipe, I hear about it, but there were zero complaints with these! They were easy to prepare, tasted great, and I love having a quick option on hand for mornings when I don’t have time to make our usual pancakes from scratch.
