Game Changer
Definitely a game changer! Once I was able to adjust it to my fit, it stayed in place all night and I noticed that my quality of sleep very much improved. I was also clenching less because of less airway restriction. This combined with mouth tape and I’m finally starting to experience what a good night sleep is all about! Love that it’s reusable.
According to one of the other reviews, I can see how it being transparent can mean it gets lost more easily that’s why I suggest using the case that it comes with. I like that it’s clear because I could wear it outside if I really needed.
The only thing I wonder about is if it’s plastic or silicone.

Recommend!
Tried this last night and it worked! It was easy to insert and remove, no discomfort. My skin will thank me after using the other breathe things for years. I could wear this while walking and hiking. PLUS less waste for the win.

Works!!
They work! My husband says I snore a lot quieter when I am using these. My only complaint is that they are clear in color. I have lost them a few times and need to feel around to find them.
