Great on Keto! Does what you need it to!
I purchased this to increase my magnesium levels while living a Keto lifestyle. It has done wonders for my sleep! No more leg cramps in the middle of the night, my husband says my snoring has stopped, and I feel generally more relaxed. I take it just before bed and I feel sleepy 10 minutes after drinking. Only draw backs are that it doesn't completely dissolve in cold, warm, or hot water; it could taste a little more raspberry (quite bland); and there seems to be several (I've found 4 already) desiccant pods in the container (not sure if it needs that many??). Other than all that, it's great and does exactly what I need it to do!

Great Product Relieving Leg Cramps and Great for Sleep
I have been taking this product for a number of years and it is great with a lot of helpful ingredients for leg cramps and really helps with sleep. My son in his thirties was taking it for sleep.

I used tow own a health food store and this was my hest selling item because it works! Great for restless legs, leg cramps and helps you sleep! Will also help keep your blood pressure in check.

Love the flavour
I have been using this product for some time and have it works really well for my restless legs and calming my muscles. Bot sure if this flavour is new but like it better than the lime one.

Horrible taste
The taste was horrible even though it says Raspberry flavor. Now we have to drink this with juice as it is bad taste with plain water.
