Worked for me
I had this tincture on hand after the birth of my third, and I would take several dropper fulls for my after pains. Which is when your uterus is trying to shrink from a watermelon to a lemon size. Nobody tells you about that. Not even my midwives! It gets more painful after every child. When the pains would hit I would take the crampbark tincture and it helped immensely! Better than arnica or otc pain meds which you don’t want in your milk anyhow.
I will still take this if I get menstrual cramps which I’m not prone to, but I would definitely recommend it to any woman who does. Might not make you completely forget about your woes, but it will certainly help.

It Works
Relief kicks in faster than Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen, though does not carry the same longevity or strength. If you have mild/moderate cramps or muscles spasms, I highly recommend using this as a healthy alternative. If your pain is severe, this likely won't be your saviour. In and of itself, I give it 5 stars. Strong floral/ fruity smell -- if you are sensitive to strong tastes, this may be difficult to take. Overall worth it for mild pain to moderate pain. Endometriosis sufferers (in early stages): this might be a good alternative for mid cycle / ovulation pain.

Didn't work
This, sadly, didn't work for me. I have PCOS and an IUD, but even for milder cramps, it did nothing. It also tastes very bad, like a pill mixed with Valerian root.
The quality seems good, though, and what you would expect from St. Francis (which is why I gave it 3 stars).
