Best Curcumin Found
Both my husband and I experience osteoarthritis joint swelling and pain. It was suggested by our daughter that we trial some curcumin. We purchased a range of different brands and have determined that for us, this particular one produces the fastest, most long lasting results. Within the first week of taking just one capsule per day, my enlarged index finger was back to near normal size and my husband's neck stiffness was gone to the point he could shoulder check once more. After about two years, we have had to increase our dose to two per day to obtain the same, long lasting results.
