Lemon Balm is used for promoting digestion and stimulating the appetite, as well as for Graves' disease and functional gastrointestinal disorders with distention and gas. It is also effective as a mild tranquilizer and as an antispasmodic. In addition, Lemon Balm is useful in the treatment of viral infections such as herpes.
Suggested Usage: Adults and adolescents ≥ 13 years: Take 1.6-3.2 ml (48-96 drops) 1-3x daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
