Bought this to enjoy when my mother-in-law came over for dinner as she cannot drink alcohol because of the medication she is on. While it does not have a great deal of fizz, it does have a mild taste more on the sweet side. It made decent Bellini's that we enjoyed before dinner and my mother-in-law appreciated the gesture.

Wanted to try but was disappointed. Could have just been my bottle but there was not much “ sparkling” and was somewhat flat. I also like my Prosecco extra dry which this wasn’t. If it had more fizz it would be fine for use in a “Mocktail”.
