Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great option for a busy morning I often don't feel hungry in the mornings but I know I need to eat something and also get more protein into my diet so I thought this would be worth a try. I have a small digital scale at home so I measured a serving by weight at 30 g (vs the recommended 36 g) and added hot water since I figured as a milk tea that it should be fine with just water. The taste is good - I was worried about the sweetness but I found it to be well balanced. I did find it a little bit grainy (the reason for only 4 stars) even though I followed the instructions to use warm/hot water and whisked it very thoroughly. Next time I'll try with hot milk or a little less powder - maybe 25g so it doesn't lose too much flavour. Will probably buy again though it's a bit pricey even on sale so this won't be an everyday indulgence - more for the days when I need both the caffeine and protein to help start my day on an extra early morning.
