Savour this GF Stuffing Mix, featuring toasted, gluten free croutons and a separate seasoning pack, containing onion, garlic, and a blend of spices. Enjoy the versatility of stovetop or oven preparation for a delightful, hassle-free, family-friendly meal experience!
Stovetop for 6 servings
1. Mix 2 tablespoons of butter, one and a half cups of water or gluten free broth of your choice in a medium saucepan.
2. Bring to a low boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Fold in croutons until all are moistened.
5. Cover and let sit for 15 minutes.
6. Fluff and enjoy.
7. Alternately put in a casserole dish at 175 °C (350 °F) and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, uncovering for the last 10 minutes to crisp the top.
Optional: Add sautéed, chopped onions and/or celery to step 1 above OR modify to your favourite recipe.

Good replacement for regular, gluten-containing bread stuffing
Tried this for the first time this Christmas dinner and it was really good, so good even my nonGF hubby liked it:-) I enhanced it though by adding sauteed onions, subbed Earth Balance SoyF/GF/vegan margarine for butter & organic chicken broth for water & added more spices incl poultry seasoning and it was yummy.
