Bought this for my parent's house and it has just been terrific. I highly recommend it. Also the pads are not expensive. You should go slow with it I found .. wet the surface with a quick pass over .. then go to over it in slow steady strokes and it will lift up dirt easily.

Love this product!!! I never want to go back to using a mop & bucket again! It makes cleaning the floor much easier and seems to go faster.

works great, light weight, mopping pads make the house smell fresh but the steamer makes the pad work better than traditional swiffer wet pads, nice long cord enables me to do the entire hall way, only complaint is that the trigger button to let out steam has to be held down constantly to release steam, mop I had before you just hit the button to steam and hit it again to stop it, so my hand gets tired (I have arthrisit)
