I have been taking these vitamins for many years. The chewable format is easy to take but the product is not easy to find in stores. I used to search around for a long time, and buy in quantity when I found them. Now I just order from Well.ca and they do the searching and deliver them to my door. Simple!

I'm looking for a little more energy through my day. A girl at work told me about vitamin B12 and the positive results she has so I went out and got some for myself to try... I'm looking for less tiredness, more energy, and maybe to lose a little weight... but if I get more energy I will be able to do more. Has anyone else ever used this vitamin before and if so has it increased their energy and mental awareness?
