I'm looking for a little more energy through my day. A girl at work told me about vitamin B12 and the positive results she has so I went out and got some for myself to try... I'm looking for less tiredness, more energy, and maybe to lose a little weight... but if I get more energy I will be able to do more. Has anyone else ever used this vitamin before and if so has it increased their energy and mental awareness?
