So good!
I love this stuff! It’s so easy to prepare in the microwave at work for a hearty lunch. The base has a really great flavour and you taste all the delicious vegetables. It’s spiced just right with the smallest hint of heat, and is extra good when served over some basmati rice, or even a baked potato.
