Need better sizes
I though I would give these a try as I normally use Depends underwear for men. I was concerned when I purchased them as the medium large size is 34 to 50 inch. I have a 34 inch waist. They were huge on me and baggy and uncomfortable. Tena should look at their sizing and make a small /medium size. I tried the Tena unisex small size underwear which goes up to 34 inch waist and was very pleased with them.

Why did the sizing change???
My dad can no longer use your product. The S/M is too small. The L/XL is too big. Why did you discontinue the M/L ???? Please advise if there's another product we could use.

Not bad
Was ok when I was up and on the go but tended to leak when sitting or lying down and did not hold well to a full bladder release.

Yes
The sizing has changed with one too small and other too big. Disappointed with this change.

A very fine product
I have just started with incontinence because of Parkinsons . The few times I have used this product would lead me to use and recommend it. Compared to other brands is like a Gold Medal vs Bronze. I am 84.

Tena Men's Comfort Fit Underwear
I am my Father's caregiver. Since having prostrate surgery, he has noticed that he had some "leakage" and was very embarrassed at having to change his underwear frequently. This was also hard for him due to other mobility issues. He now likes to use these comfort fit underwear every day and night. They help him feel confident, in case of any leakage. If he has an "accident" he no longer has to be embarrassed and can simply go about his day when wearing them. He also wears them at night. Tena's Comfort Fit Underwear fit him perfectly and he is an XXL guy. With the grey stripes, they look more like underwear which is also an appealing factor for his choice when deciding to wear a product such as these and when he made the transistion to wearing leakage protection.

comfort
I buy Tena mens underwear for my husband, they fit very well and are comfortable and the absorbency is good. I use them for overnight with the Tena large overnight pads, which are very, very good. Good value for the money on both products.
