My favourite milk substitute
This has a very similar consistency to milk/light cream (i.e., not too thick and pours nicely), but unlike other milk substitutes it only has two ingredients: coconut and water! I love the tetra pack as well for being able to use just a bit and re-seal.

Great product
I use it to make a cream of mushroom soup as a base.
Also I make chia pudding with coconut milk.
Healthy and tasty at the same time.
