must have for females..
Bought for my daughter and I due to extremely heavy periods for her and same for me plus hot flashes...this is the only thing we changed and it made a HUGE difference...will never be without now

I have not experienced any benefits from using this cream even though I followed the directions. I’m sorry to say I think I wasted my money.
