Description
The Soap Works Emu Oil Soap is a deep penetrating natural emollient for softening and moisturizing skin. Naturally contains linoleic & oleic fatty acids and Vitamins E & A. This is for dry, irritated or damaged skin – it won’t clog pores.
Emu oil is an excellent moisturizer. The Soap Works enrich the bar with emu oil rather than convert the oil into soap. That way the emu oil is unchanged and its benefits are not lost or adulterated. They put in as much extra emu oil as the bar can take without becoming too soft to keep its shape. You feel the richness when you grasp the bar.

Gentle on skin
All around great soap. Lathers really nicely and is very gently on skin, even with the over washing of COVID-19 it was kind to my hands. Not really any scent, which is nice. Very natural ingredients.

Gentle and Fresh
Similar to many soaps in the Soap Works collection, the Emu Oil soap is very fresh, lathers well, cleans and rinses well. Very gentle: no dryness or irritation.

My new go to soap! It leaves my skin soft, even in the dry air of winter.
Since I have tattoos, I've been healing them with Emu oil, by recommendation of my tattoo artist, since the vitamin E ointment he recommended first wasn't doing it. It turned out to be a wonderful solution. So when I saw this Emu oil soap, I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised! It leaves my skin so soft and doesn't overdry it like many other soap bars do. Now, it's my go to soap. So, of course, it has Emu oil in it, so it's not vegan. But the fact that it's not vegan has absolutely nothing to do with it not being tested on animals! It's absolutely possible to make a non vegan product (which contains animal ingredients) without testing it on animals, because to include animal derived ingredients in a product does not involve any kind of test. So, I would recommend this soap to all non vegan people who have n normal to dry skin. It works wonder even on normal skin.

Soap Works soaps ROCK!
My family uses The Soap Works bars of soap for over 25 years! We have always found them to be exactly what we wanted in a bar of soap. Our needs change from time to time. My youngest has problem skin, eczema, and uses the Goat Milk soap, another uses the Pine Tar and I use a variety, including Emu Soap. We always find the results satisfying. And they are Canadian made, that’s a PLUS!

Super soap
I am very sensitive to fragrance so I usually end up throwing stuff out. This soap has a faint scent but doesn’t last on your skin afterwards. It lathers well , cleans well, feels super soft and I don’t worry about using it on my more private areas. I also love that it doesn’t come wrapped in plastic. Yey.

Highly moisturizing and gentle
I get this during the winter to keep the back of my hands from developing atopic dermatitis. Much more moisturizing that Ivory's aloe bar. Bit of an odd smell but it works wonders at keeping the red bumps and lizard skin, flaking and cracking away!
