After trying creatine in gummy form and liquid form, I finally bought this one and will not go back to convenience over quality. This is a great creatine. I am 50, female, perimenopausal and strength train 5 days a week and this gives me the energy I need to get thru my day and it also is helping to define my muscles, something that I was not seeing with the other products. Thorne makes excellent products and I know I made the right decision by switching to this. Don't believe the hype on social media, go for what works and is scientifically proven.
