Vitamin K2 is a series of molecules known as menaquinones, some of which are found naturally in fermented soybeans. Thorne Research’s vitamin K2 is MK-4, the most common and well studied of the menaquinones. Vitamin K2, working in concert with vitamin D, exerts a more powerful influence on bone than does vitamin K1.

Love Thorne!
I love how pure Thorne's ingredients are and how much goes into testing. D/K2 has increased my happiness and kept my immune system strong. I didn't realize I was deficient in vitamin D and how prevalent this deficiency is but I got tested and have urged my friends and family to be tested as well and since starting vitamin D supplementation I've felt the difference. I'm a converted Thorny as well :)

excellent product but consult doctor
this is a truly excellent form of vit d and k. however, it is extremely important not to think if one is good two is better as vit k increases clotting factors in your blood. one drop is the recommended dose.

It's a long game but so far so good
