Terrific Product
I am 78 years YOUNG and not having to lift heavy detergent bottles is great.
I have been given samples to my friends and daughters.

Scent is too strong
New scent is WAY more perfumy than the actual original scent. YMMV, but I don't like it at all. Very upsetting to discover this. I'll have to find a new product.

You need to bring the Ocean Mist scent back!!
You have discontinued the Ocean Mist scent! This is the best scented Tide that you sold! The other scents smell like bug spray! Please bring Ocean Mist back!!!!!

Formula has to have changed!
These pods are a yucky mess! Has the formula changed? I wondered what was sticking to my clothes ("gluing" them together in places). I added the pod to my front loader w/ warm water. 5 mins of agitation later, it was soggy but INTACT. I had to pop the pod with my hands. GROSS. This was my 1st time buying pods after using a sample successfully. Not convenient so won’t buy again. I see I'm not alone recently (June/July 2016) so I think Tide should rethink the outer skin formula. :(

Loved these and they work well and it is better than measuring out cups of liquid. I find that they are a bit pricey so lately I have gone back to the liquid.

Pods outer layer stick to clothes
I now have 6 clothing items destroyed by pods outer lining sticking to clothes and almost lost my husbands dressing gown today too. Yes, I follow directions and I always put the pods in the drum first and don't use pre-wash etc. Scrapping the gel substance off clothing even when moistened again is time consuming and requires physical scrapping to remove .Frankly is quite disgusting to scrape gel off clothes even if it does smell fresh! Please find a solution to this problem ASAP

Not a happy camper!!
Turned whites blue spots, container turned into gum, could not get it off the clothes without tearing the clothes , had to throw away, back to gain!!

Convenient Laundry Helper
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I appreciated that this product combined the soap and fabric softener into one. It was appealing to me because I don't like the mess liquid softener can leave on a machine. The product worked as I expected it to like a soap and fabric softener should, but for me the scent was overwhelming and too much for me to continue using. I would recommend this product because of its effectiveness, but not for anyone sensitive to scents.

Purple Stains On My Clothes
I was so excited to try the tide pods as I've always used tide and the convenience of carrying a few of the pods to the cleaners rather than the large bottle was nice. Once my laundry was complete I started folding my clothes I realized that 4 of my items have been ruined with large purple stains. I go out of my way to buy good detergent because I love my clothes. Ruining 2 pair of light colored pants and 2 white shirts is so disappointing. I will never use these pods again.

Tide Pods
I use Tide liquid. My employer buys the tide pods and I use them to wash the family's clothes. They are terrible! They do not dissolve all the way.then when you put the clothes in the dryer they stick to your clothes like glue. You try to pull them apart and your clothes rip. I tried putting the pod in the washer first but that does not work. I like the liquid but Tide pods should be a recall. These Pods have ruined several of their cloths, sheets, pillow cases..............

Melted into my duvet cover
The plastic outer casing melted into my duvet cover and destroyed it .... had to throw it out and now I’m forced to buy a new one ....

Love your clothes
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This product is great for anyone that doesn't like the mess of liquids! There's no measuring , easy to use, just toss in.
I love how it's just a throw and go!
I did notice that once in awhile the whole pod didn't completely dissolve , but it could be because i didn't leave it in long enough before I threw the clothes in, or I had too much in at that time.
Overall I'm very happy with the product and will use it again!

Plastic outer shell does not dissolve
The plastic outer shell does not dissolve in cold or warm water. It only dissolves in HOT water, which is not energy efficient.

I'm switching back to Tide!!!
I've been using all natural laundry detergent for years, but nothing ever smells clean or feels clean. Dishcloths used to wash greasy dishes smell greasy even after being washed in all natural laundry detergent. But not with TIDE!!! Clothes smell and feel fresh and clean. I put one Tide Pod into the bottom of my washer before loading my clothes, I did not overload the washer(this is key), and everything came out fresh and clean and wonderful! I'm switching back to Tide!!!!

Pod residue all over my clothes
I bot Tide Pods for the ease of the product and extremely disappointed as every time I have used them they have left sticky residue on my clothes. I DO use them as directed by placing them in the drum of my HE washer BEFORE putting in my clothes, and after EVERY wash there is sticky residue stuck to my clothes. I have been using Tide for over 25 yrs but i am sad to say will no longer, even if not using the pods your liquid detergent is getting very expensive to afford. :(

Pods Don't Dissolve Completely
Excellent results in cleaning the wash however the pod itself doesn't dissolve completely, leaving a small wad of residue adhering to some part of the load. Once the load passes through the dryer this residue remaining from the pod becomes tightly baked into the fabric and is impossible to remove. It's a shame it has this flaw because the actual cleaning ability of the product is superb and the pod system is a brilliantly practical idea that simply needs to be perfected
