Mega-Mag Powder is a natural magnesium supplement formulated with magnesium malate and a special blend of magnesium carbonate and citric acid, which creates a highly absorbable form of magnesium citrate to help prevent magnesium deficiency. This Mega-Mag magnesium is the best.
My wife has extreme restless leg problems--the other magnesiums do not work only malate stops the restless legs--always buy 3 at a time ,cannot run out--we live far from town.it is a life saver -now i to can get some rest.--thank you--
