Description
Directions of Use: Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 to 2 tea bags and allow to steep, covered, for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
Duration of use: As a diuretic for occasional use only. For other uses no restriction.
Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (2.0g) contains: Organic nettle leaf* (Urtica dioica) 2,000 mg.

Love it
I had a terrible eczema flare up recently but have been drinking this everyday for the past week and I’m sure it’s what has helped me since no skincare seems to be helping lately but it’s almost cleared up now! I was worried it would taste bad but I actually really enjoy the taste which is great so I don’t have to add any sweetener or anything. I’m buying more right now!

A Multivitamin Tea!
I love nettle tea and Traditional Medicinals is the best brand (with great recyclable packaging and plastic-free tea bags). I make infusions over night so that I have a cold cup of Nettle + Hibiscus in the morning!

Love that this tea is organic with plastic free tea bags. The taste is not my favourite, but it's great mixed with other teas with a bit of honey and has so many health benefits.
