Description
Directions of Use: Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 to 2 tea bags and allow to steep, covered, for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
Duration of use: As a diuretic for occasional use only. For other uses no restriction.

I hate nettles but my naturopath told me to drink it so here I am. This is less work than the whole leaf stuff I once got at a farmers' market but doesn't seem as fresh as the whole leaf farmers market stuff. I have to steep it with a different tea to make this bearable.
I would prefer if there weren't staples to affix the string to the tea bag—many companies have figured a way to do without it, I'm surprised that a company all about organic herbs has opted to have their customers steep tea in metals.

Tea is quite good - I decided to try it for its supposed control of allergy symptoms - and I do think it has helped reduce my sinus congestion. As well or better than any prescription drug I've tried to date. Will purchase again.

Love it
I had a terrible eczema flare up recently but have been drinking this everyday for the past week and I’m sure it’s what has helped me since no skincare seems to be helping lately but it’s almost cleared up now! I was worried it would taste bad but I actually really enjoy the taste which is great so I don’t have to add any sweetener or anything. I’m buying more right now!

Nettle is so good for you. I bought this tea thinking it would tast good, it's not my cup of tea. I will continue to drink it for the nutritional benefits, but once it's gone I will not buy it again. Instead I will buy it in a pill form.

a great detox tea, I drank this with the raspberry leaf tea before we tried starting for a baby to get my body ready to house my little one for 9 months, I think this helped contribute to what an easy pregnancy I had.

A Multivitamin Tea!
I love nettle tea and Traditional Medicinals is the best brand (with great recyclable packaging and plastic-free tea bags). I make infusions over night so that I have a cold cup of Nettle + Hibiscus in the morning!

The tastes takes some getting used to but considering the amount of nutrients packed in a cup it is delicious. I used it throughout my pregnancy to improve my iron levels and plan to continue drinking it after.
