My favourite lady-time tea :)
I don't know why they aren't any reviews on this product, it's so good. I was looking for something to stop the pain of menstrual cramping a few years ago and a friend made me a cup of raspberry leaf tea. It was an amazing natural tea that eased my pain and I've never needed to reach for a Tylenol/Advil after that. It's that good. Tastes great too (plus: You can have this even when you're not on your time of month, it's great for stomach issues). It's one of those teas that taste better the longer you steep it, no need to worry about bitterness. Steep covered for 15-20 minutes for best results and squeeze the teabag with the spoon to get every last goodness from the raspberry leaf. Works wonders.

Enjoyable
Really nice tea I've come to enjoy having in my cupboard regularly. I first got it when pregnant & have been buying it ever since. It's a nice tea to have at night in bed. Has a mild flavour, nice with a little touch of honey.

For women’s cycle
I have prenatal yoga training and took many courses & workshops on nutrition, detox and women’s cycles. I made many women try this tea for cramps during their periods! I tried myself of course! Works for PMS too! If teabag concerns you, remove it and put the tea in a mesh filter and pour hot water, voilà! Enjoy the benefits and if you need yoga for your cycles, find me on IG or FB!

Lovely tea from my favorite brand!
Love this tea! Drank it throughout my pregnancy, and continue to drink it to help with menstrual discomfort. Lovely flavor and my favorite brand for all herbal teas!
