Description
Directions of Use: Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 to 2 tea bags and allow to steep, covered, for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
Duration of use: As a diuretic for occasional use only. For other uses no restriction.
Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (2.0g) contains: Organic nettle leaf* (Urtica dioica) 2,000 mg.

Excellent product
Excellent product, just as described. One of the side effects was stomach discomfort. However, I am having GI tract issues at this time. When I feel better, I will begin taking it regularly. I really like the taste.

Happy to try nettle leaf tea
Very happy to find nettle leaf tea here at well.ca. My naturopath recommended this. I love the earthy taste, and I find it's a great "wake me up" drink for me. I switch between this and earl grey decaf tea.
