Traditional Medicinals Organic Nighty Night Chamomile & Passionflower

Recommended Use: Nighttime sleep aid. 

Recommended Dosage: Adults: Drink 1 cup 2-4 times in the day and 1/2 hour before bedtime. 

Directions: Pour 240mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep for 10-15minutes. Gently squeeze the bag to release the remaining extract. 

Duration of Use: For prolonged use, consult a healthcare provider. 

Caution: If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks, consults your physician. Do not drive, drink alcoholic beverages or engage in activities requiring mental alertness while taking this product. Consult a healthcare provider prior to use if you are taking barbiturates, sedative drugs and/or other herbs with sedative properties; if you have depression and/or related diseases. 

Contradictions: Do no use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to the Asteraceae/Compositae (daisy) family.
