Traditional Medicinals Organic Ginger Aid Tea is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive upsets including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia and flatulent colic.

Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup 1-2 times daily. Children 12 years old and over: Drink 1 cup 1-2 times daily. Anti-nausea use: Take a single dose 30 minutes before travel.

Directions for use: Pour 240 ml freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the teabag to release the remaining extract.

Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (2.0g) contains: Organic ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale) 1,180 mg.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic blackberry leaf (Rubus fruticosus), organic stevia leaf (Stevia rebaudiana), organic lemon myrtle leaf (Backhousia citriodora).

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
