Love The Shampoo
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) So before using this shampoo, it is recommended to start with the TRESemmé Beauty-Full Volume Pre-wash Conditioner. After leaving that in your hair for a minute, you can then proceed with the shampoo: lathering and rinsing like usual. I love the smell of this shampoo and the feeling as I'm lathering it into my hair. It has a smoother feel than most shampoos I've used before and the smell is not overpowering; it's very light but wonderful. I've only used the shampoo once so far and I haven't seen much added volume yet, but I intend to use it more to see if there is a difference over time.

TRESemme` NEW Expert Selection (Step 2) Shampoo
I was so excited to receive the New Tresemme` Shampoo. I was looking for volume and after (Step 1) I applied to my hair, lather and rinsed. Smells amazing. I love the presentation and color of the bottle. I would notice on the shelf. I received color shine.

This Volume Shampoo Delivers!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I used this with Tresemme Pre-Wash Conditioner and was very pleased with the results! I have very long, straight and thick hair, which has a tendency to be very frizzy after even air-drying, let alone Blow drying. I was a little worried at first that a Volume formula would add too much weight to my already thick hair, but after using this, then towel and blow-drying my hair, I was very surprised to see that my hair was light-feeling, shiny and very frizz-free. This will be replacing my old shampoo/conditioner combo. The value for your money is definitely here. This worked better for me than other pricier salon brands.

Salon Feel

Every time I shower, I feel like I am at the salon. TRE-Semme Beauty-Full Volume Shampoo (Step 2) has a very luxurious feel to it. I have to admit I was worried that using shampoo AFTER conditioner would make my hair feel dry and coarse.
I found that my hair feels soft and very bouncy. It even looks brighter. I have been receiving several compliments at work and from friends on how healthy my hair looks after only a couple weeks of use.
I love that my hair does not feel greasy either, just clean and soft.
This product has changed the way I wash my hair and I could not be happier with the results!

Hair becomes silky soft and smooth
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received the Step 2 Volume Shampoo as part of my Glam Sense Box. My hair is naturally very thin and straight and prone to frizz especially during the winter time. I have used lots of volume shampoos in the past and few to none achieve what they promise but this product definitely did work 100%. I've had hardly any frizz since using this shampoo and most of all, my hair is so silky smooth that its unbelievable. In terms of volume achievement, I can say there is some as my hair doesn't feel like it has been weighted down by the conditioner. I will definitely be repurchasing this once I am finished.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really like the amazing scent product has and packaging itself, made me feel like I'm washing my hair at the salon.
Texture is milky/creamy, easy to use. Works great and is easy to wash out.
After use, in combination with pre-wash conditioner hair looked real shiny and felt very soft to a touch.
I was expecting little more volume action to happen, as that is the product line's promise, maybe I just didn't use the product long enough to see the difference in volume compared with other brands.
Will keep using them to see if there will be more noticeable changes with longer use.

Great concept
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) About me: my hair is fine and I try to stick to volume products. I also tend to purchase salon products.
This is pretty unique. The packaging was nice but the addition of a pump would be great. I used it after the step 1 conditioner. It lathered really well and I only had to shampoo once whereas with other shampoos I often shampoo twice, maybe due to the first rinse being conditioner. It rinsed out easily and left my hair soft. Smelled really great too. After shampooing my hair was not at all weighted down yet it was conditioned enough from step 1 that I didn't feel I need anything after the shampoo other than styling products.

Not the best for dry hair
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I used this shampoo after using the pre-wash conditioner, as instructed on the package. A little of this shampoo goes a long way--not very much is needed to get a good lather. I didn't enjoy the smell as much as the pre-wash conditioner's scent, but it wasn't unpleasant. While my hair is on the dry side, I found that this shampoo made it feel even more dry. I really need to use a conditioner after shampooing, but this system dictates using the conditioner first. If I were to keep using these products, I'd use the conditioner after the shampoo to give my hair the extra moisture it needs and to help detangle it.
