These tablets work the best out of all the medications for cold that I bought in Canada; however, they do not work wonders. I find that they work well right after using but then they quickly "loose their strength". I do not know if they help in the long run because I can sometimes be sick for a whole week while taking. Coming from Europe, I guess my body might have a bit different physiology, so these medications don't work for me as well as European ones.
