Relieve your cold and sinus symptoms with Extra Strength TYLENOL® Cold & Sinus Daytime/Nighttime Caplets.
Each caplet contains 500 milligrams of acetaminophen for pain relief and 30 milligrams of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride for nasal congestion relief. The nighttime caplets add 2 milligrams of chlorpheniramine maleate for relief of runny nose and sneezing and lets you rest. These caplets relieve nasal congestion, sinus pain and pressure, headaches, and fever during your day and night.
Directions: Adults (12 years and older): Take one to two Extra Strength TYLENOL® Cold & Sinus Daytime or Nighttime caplets every four to six hours as needed. Do not exceed a combined total of any eight Extra Strength TYLENOL® Cold & Sinus Daytime or Nighttime caplets in 24 hours.

Good decongestant but awful packaging
It’s a great medicine. But the packaging is terrible (peel the cover) especially when you have a fever and you need to get the medicine.

Risk: colour coding
High risk for mistake. Blue is nighttime Tx for other formulas. Easy to mistake white for day use. Potential danger if user unable notice colour code. Also as literacy concern. Use blue for nighttime formulas, all varieties.

Ineffective Symptom Reduction
Bought some because the Life brand wasn't in.
The night time ones don't really work and actually makes my sinuses worse. I wake up more congested. Waste of money to be honest. The day time ones are OK, but I'm thinking I'm trying to find a redeeming quality.
I won't buy them again.

Excellent product!
This is the only product that works effectively for me. I have an inoperable growth in my cavernous sinus and when my sinuses act up this is the only product that effectively relieves the pain and pressure! Please send me some ASAP!

Misleading
Purchased Tylenol Cold & Sinus Daytime caplets. Read and reread the package multiple times to see if extended release or if any concerns about cutting/crushing the pills due to swallowing issue; however, nothing indicated. Went on the website today only to discover it is not recommended to cut/crush, but does not indicate why. I imagine because they are meant to dissolve lower in the GI tract. Maybe my fault for not understanding what a caplet is, but the package is not clear.

Tylenol cold & sinus is the best
I get what I call a face cold, my sinuses fill up and I can’t even blow my nose. The headaches are horrendous.
I take 2 tablets and I can breathe!!! and the headaches disappear. THE best product on the market!

too much fuss
not worth the fight to open packaging; already suffering with headache; had to get grand daughters help and she had a heck of a time,.. literally not worth the headache, took probably 5 minutes of extended frustration while already suffering
