Dosage: Adults and Children 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet every 4 – 6 hours. If pain does not respond to 1 tablet, take 2 tablets at next dose. Do not take more than 8 tablets per day.
Caution: Keep out of the reach of children. This package contains enough drug to seriously harm a child. Avoid other caffeine containing products. Too much caffeine may cause rapid heart rate, nervousness or sleeplessness. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, or overactive bladder syndrome. Do not use with other drugs containing acetaminophen. Use the smallest effective dose. Do not take more than the maximum daily dose. Overdose may result in severe or possibly fatal liver damage. Do not take if allergic to acetaminophen. Consult a doctor if: Your symptoms last for more than 5 days; You develop allergic reactions such as wheezing, rash or itching. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you: Are pregnant or breastfeeding; Have chronic alcoholism; Have a serious liver or kidney disease; Use any other medications including natural health products, prescription drugs, salicylates or other pain and fever relief medications. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately, even if you do not notice any possible signs or symptoms such as increased sweating, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. Use only as directed by a doctor.

Relief when needed most
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) As a frequent sufferer of migraines, I've tried numerous OTC medications. Recently I received a sample from Sample Source of Tylenol Ultra Relief. I was skeptical because nothing ever seems to work to the point of ridding me if my migraines, they ease the pain but never did me of it. I was pleasantly surprised. Within 20 minutes, of taking 2 of the Tylenol Ultra Relief, I was given just that.....relief. For anyone suffering from stiff neck muscles, throbbing pain in your head or eye area, sensitivity to light & noise & overall nausea, this is worth a try.

Great product

I am so happy i got to try this sample of tylenol ultra relief tough on headaches through sample source, what a great program and what a great product. I had the worst headache the other day, had lots to do, it was first thing in the morning, i took some of my tylenol ultra tough on headaches and i felt better within 10 minutes, the throbbing was gone, the pain in my eye was gone, and i was back feeling great. It was easy to swallow the pill, no taste, no problem. i would definitely use this product again, and i would recommend it to anyone with headaches as a good source for helping relieve the pain associated with heartaches.

My Trusted Pain Reliver

Best Migraine Relief

Fast and effective relief!

When that does happen I always try using any natural remedies before seeking medication. There are times when I am out and want some fast and effective relief. I was recently gifted Tylenol Ultra Relief from @tylenolcanada and @thisisbutterly to test out. I found that the tablet was extremely easy to swallow as it was sweet and coated. This is especially great if you are traveling or on the go, as you can take it without water. Thanks to the added Caffeine with Tylenol extra strength Acetaminophen it give me fast and effective relief in less than 12 mins!

Relief
Ive been using this product exclusively for half a year now. I take one tablet at the sign of an aura or my other classic migraine symptoms and can expect a reduction in the symptom or elimination of the symptom. So thankful!

Bring it back!
This is the only one that consistently works on my migraines like others have said. I’m really worried for when my next huge one hits. Because without this one I have to take so many pills and I hate that. Help!

The extra strength Ultra relief did not fail I now keep a bottle in my medicine cabinet and one in my purse for on the go. It definitely stops my headaches quickly I havent tried it for fever yet but if its anything like other Tylenol Id say it will help just as good, but I will be putting it to the test when the time comes, for now Im just gonna enjoy whats left of the beautiful weather without my annoying headaches keeping me down.

I was so happy and satisfied with the results of using this product. When you have a tough headache or migraine and you need a medication that will act fast, get to the cause of the pain and last you a good length of time- this is the product you need to try! Fast, effective pain relief - I have now switched pain reliever brands!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I suffer from frequent headaches and was using a different pain relief medication but once I tried these I found that they worked faster, were easier on my stomach and seemed to be more effective in relieving my pain.
The active ingredients contain acetaminophen (primary ingredient in Tylenol) plus caffeine which when combined can be more effective in relieving pain than when acetaminophen is taken alone.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is not sensitive to caffeine or acetaminophen.
I was fortunate to receive a trial of these tablets from 'Sample Source' and since then I have gone on to purchase them on my own.

Fast relief

Quick Relief

I don't get many headaches but I find when I do nothing really helps except going to bed and waking up the next morning with it gone. But since I had this sample I figured it was worth a try. So I took some for my next headache not really expecting anything and I was surprised to find that it worked and it worked quickly. My headache was gone in under half an hour, I felt better and the headache didn't come back. I will make sure I have some of this on hand for my next headache.

Works when you need it most

Yesterday I felt yet another headache coming on and knew that it would be a doozy.... you can just tell when it's going to be bad!! So I tried the new Tylenol Ultra Relief and within half an hour I was feeling ok! I didn't expect this as its not a prescription migraine med, but it worked better than my prescription meds! I was able to go about my day as normal and didn't have to lie down like I normally do after taking the prescription meds. This is definitely a win for me!

Quickly worked!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Was pleasantly surprised how quick this worked for me! Which im sure is from the added caffeine included in the Tylonal ultra relief. I do not have sensitivities to caffeine and noticed no side effects due to the added caffeine.
They were easy on the stomach as well. I get bad seasonal headaches, tension headaches, ocular headaches.. you name it, I get it. Aside from the quickness in which it work I liked that they were easy to swallow, and not big. Happily one pill was enough to stop my daily headaches, which is not always the case. And I would prefer to only need one pain reliever. Will definitely be my go to for headache relief!

Finally !!
Finally after trying desperately to find something that could cut the migraine down. This is it. Prescription meds have side effects that are not pleasant and the over the counter meds dulled the pain but didn’t cut the headache. So grateful that a friend suggested this. Thank you.

Tylenol Ultra Relief
I was given a sample of this product through Sample Source recently and it wasn't until this morning that I was able to give it a try. I woke up with an incredibly horrible headache and remembered that I had been given Tylenol Ultra Relief to try out. I took it and within 10 minutes noticed my headache was subsiding. Within 15 minutes my headache was completely gone. I have never had a product work so fast for me. Tylenol Ultra Relief will now be my number one go-to-product for bad headaches for fast and effective releif. So grateful to Sample Source for allowing me to try this out.

Quick Relief Followed by Severe Gut Pain
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I had a splitting headache. It was so bad I couldn't fall asleep, so I decided to open the sample of Tylenol I received from SampleSource. While the headache went away quickly, within hours I was suffering from severe gut pain that bent me over in half and thought I would die. I finally called the nurses hot line. As I spoke to the nurse, the pain subsided enough to get back to doing life (although it took nearly 3 hrs to feel "normal"). While it can't be proven that it was the Tylenol, it was the only abnormality in my diet. I am hesitant to try it again next time I have a headache but I will leave it in my cupboard just in case I am desperate.

Works Fast!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I can get really bad headaches, everything starts to hurt - my eyes are sensitive to light and I can't focus. I love this Tylenol because it works quickly - within 15 minutes all my pain is gone. My eyes are no longer sensitive and I can continue on with my day. I take 2 with water and this is usually all I need for the entire day/night. I love the ez-tabs because they are easy to swallow and have no gross aftertaste. I've never had any negative side effects and would recommend it to anyone who suffers from headaches or migraines!

Fastest headache relief I h be ever had
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was excited to try Tylenol ultra relief strictly because my husband and I suffer from terrible migraine headaches. We have tried other brands and they seem to help a little. Tylenol ultra relief has worked even faster and I dont get drowsy after using it. This is quite helpful as it allows me complete my daily tasks. My husband also agrees. Oh and I usually dread takings meds but this one was easy to swallow and does not leave an after taste in your mouth. Tylenol ultra relief is definitely our go to for migraines. Ill will highly recommend this product.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) As a constant migraine sufferer, I have tried many pain relief tablets throughout the years. Most have been non effective for my headaches. TYLENOL® Ultra Relief seems to actually work to relieve a great deal of the pain if I take them immediately upon onset of symptoms of a migraine headache. For stress headaches they definitely work great in very little time. I like the tablets are easy to swallow and do not upset my stomach at all. I will continue to purchase these tablets. Gets the job done!

If I don't take something before it gets to the back of my head, I'm in for a couple of hours of waiting for relief. I received your product from Sample Source and when my headache started I thought "Why not. It can't be worse than it is now." I couldn't believe how quickly it took away my headache. I took it with my morning coffee on an otherwise empty stomach and it didn't upset my stomach! I will be purchasing more when my sample is gone.

Ultra headache relief
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) So, I received this complimentary of Butterly in exchange for my honest review. So Im already a Tylenol user quite regularly , but I have to say that these tabs, with the caffeine in them, seem to kick in quicker for me, and also tend to work great. I know that caffeine can narrow the blood vessels in your brain and increase blood flow, so adding the caffeine to their formula is iconic and it WORKS. I will be purchasing this product going forward. I was dealing with migraines, which I have meds for , but the doctor also recommended Tylenol AND drinking a soda or coffee as well, to help with the headache- the Tylenol already has it! Such an awesome product.
