Description
Dosage: Adults and Children 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet every 4 – 6 hours. If pain does not respond to 1 tablet, take 2 tablets at next dose. Do not take more than 8 tablets per day.
Caution: Keep out of the reach of children. This package contains enough drug to seriously harm a child. Avoid other caffeine containing products. Too much caffeine may cause rapid heart rate, nervousness or sleeplessness. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, or overactive bladder syndrome. Do not use with other drugs containing acetaminophen. Use the smallest effective dose. Do not take more than the maximum daily dose. Overdose may result in severe or possibly fatal liver damage. Do not take if allergic to acetaminophen. Consult a doctor if: Your symptoms last for more than 5 days; You develop allergic reactions such as wheezing, rash or itching. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you: Are pregnant or breastfeeding; Have chronic alcoholism; Have a serious liver or kidney disease; Use any other medications including natural health products, prescription drugs, salicylates or other pain and fever relief medications. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately, even if you do not notice any possible signs or symptoms such as increased sweating, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. Use only as directed by a doctor.

Took away headache

I often get headaches that out me out until they pass. taking one dose was able to allow me to carry on with the activity happening when the headache hit with very little trouble. It offered fast and continuous relief that I need, I have already went out to buy a bottle to have on hand.

Saved the sleepover

I have never tried this one before...we had a sleep over with 4 grandkids last weekend and after about 3 hours of them running around inside and outside I developed a splitting headache....thought I was done for the night...but remembered I had these...worked supper fast....felt much better by the time the popcorn was made and we were all ready to settle in to a loud kids movie

Pain relieved
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received these as a sample from Samplesource and I was fairly impressed. I get really bad sinus headaches so I need quick and effective relief. These worked well on my pain - helping ease the throbbing and pain. My only complaint is that they took a while to kick in when I really needed the relief. Other than that, I would definitely buy them for moderately severe headaches.

Great product!

I randomly get headaches sometimes and I always try to tough it out, which usually means my day is not fun. By taking these Tylenols, I was able to still go to work and be productive while having a bad headache. Whenever I'll feel the need, these will definitely be my go-to fast pain reliever!

Excellent Value

I took one tablet ( very easy to swallow ! ) and within 15-20 minutes was feeling much better . I did not need a second dose, and with rest was able to continue with my day, pain-free ! Fast Relief

Worked Super Quick on a Very Bad Migrane

I woke last week with a severe migraine and thought I was going to have to call in sick to work. I remembered I had received these in the mail the week before and quickly took one as directed with a glass of water. I lay down for 20 minutes and felt totally fine after. For headaches this is a game changer!

Works Like Magic

I popped one of these and not only did my headache go away, I felt so great that I read my daughter 10 bedtime stories, washed the dishes, and cleaned the entire first floor of my house. children Induced migraine help

Often Ive had to take multiple medications, home remedies and coffee as caffeine can help me. This product was quick acting and effective without the need for multiple medications. Works great on killer migraines

Headache relief

I was just getting home from work and the pressure was starting I didn't think it would work cause I usually use Advil. I was surprised that it did. Took about 35 min for it to subside the pain was gone. I didn't need to lay down like I normally do. I am not sure how well it would work on a migraine but I am sure it would help.

Fast acting pain relief

Fast relief of headache

This pill came in handle just on time, not just myself and my sister had a really bad headache this week and after taking this pill the headache went away fast. The pill is easy to swallow and has dual active formula of extra Tylenol (500mg acetaminophen) + caffeine (65mg) which provide the fast relive for our headaches. I would definitely try and buy this pill again.

Unexpected results

After a long day of dealing with other peoples children I had a massive headache. I decided, on a whim, to try the Tylenol ultra. Within about half an hour my headache was completely gone!
Instead of having my name from a glass of wine that night, Tylenol ultra did the trick. Thanks, science!

Buyer beware
This product is so strong for any person to take. First you can take only one pill at a time. Red flag. Then you read the warning for liver damage. Red flag. You should never purchase this product for pain relief. Stick to regular or extra strength Tylenol.

Great for migraines

Headaches Disappear Quickly

I woke up one day and I woke with a pounding headache ( probably had a dream I was arguing with my husband lol, but anyway I took the ultra relief Tylenol and my headache was gone extremely fast. Not only did it get rid of my headache, My husband had a horrible toothache that had him in tears he only would take a certain kind of pain reliever for this but I made him try the Tylenol Ultra relief and I was pleasantly surprised that the toothache went away very quickly he was just as shocked. Later that night his toothache returned and to my surprise he asked me to get the Ultra relief Tylenol so that he could get back to sleep fast. Thank you for letting me test this product in fact I'd like to test it again if you want to send me another one (wink wink).

Quick pain relief

Fast relief

I love my kids, but they are loud. So far this has been the best relief that I have gotten and only with one pill. It also doesn't get stuck in my throat when I take it. Really Works!

Finally some sleep!

Something so critical and simple as a good nights sleep is often a struggle for me as my head pounds with the effects of a migraine. Quick Relief

New relief pill for headache

In the past 2 weeks due to lack of sleep, my bad headache was annoying me again. I then tried this new pill. It acts fast and relieve my headache within 15mins. Fast relief of terrible pain.

Awesome!
