Description
Dosage: Adults and Children 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet every 4 – 6 hours. If pain does not respond to 1 tablet, take 2 tablets at next dose. Do not take more than 8 tablets per day.
Caution: Keep out of the reach of children. This package contains enough drug to seriously harm a child. Avoid other caffeine containing products. Too much caffeine may cause rapid heart rate, nervousness or sleeplessness. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, or overactive bladder syndrome. Do not use with other drugs containing acetaminophen. Use the smallest effective dose. Do not take more than the maximum daily dose. Overdose may result in severe or possibly fatal liver damage. Do not take if allergic to acetaminophen. Consult a doctor if: Your symptoms last for more than 5 days; You develop allergic reactions such as wheezing, rash or itching. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you: Are pregnant or breastfeeding; Have chronic alcoholism; Have a serious liver or kidney disease; Use any other medications including natural health products, prescription drugs, salicylates or other pain and fever relief medications. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately, even if you do not notice any possible signs or symptoms such as increased sweating, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. Use only as directed by a doctor.

Headache gone!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Last week I had the worse headache I've ever had so reached for my sample of Tylenol Ultra Relief. I was prepared to wait a few hours then take more as was my usual case. But, to my surprise within 15 minutes my headaches started to ease off and within 45 minutes my headaches was gone! I love this product and have already bought another bottle on hand as my husband and I both get frequent headaches! Thanks Tylenol!

Good To Have

I normally NEVER take medication of ANY kind unless I'm in unbearable pain or really need it. This recent Sunday, I had the worst non-migraine headache of my life. I took one of these Tylenol and it was gone within the hour. Very realistic expectations and results. Good product to have around just in case; better to have and not want than to want and not have!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I tend to frequently suffer from migraines and a lot of the time I use Advil to try and help relieve me of the pain. It doesn't always work :(. I received a free bottle of Tylenol ultra relief from sample source so I decided to try it. I was actually really impressed. I don't even remember waiting for the pills to start kicking in. Tylenol Ultra

I don't usually use acetaminophen based products because they typically don't work well for me. As a busy mom of two toddlers, the addition of caffeine in these tablets have my headache the extra kick it needed! Helped me get back to normal

My headache was so severe I wasnt able to accomplish all I wanted to and then by some miracle I received this package of Tylenol ultra relief in the mail. Within an hour of taking it my headache was completely gone and I was finally able to get on with my day. What more could I ask for? Works fast

Instant Relief

Tylenol Ultra relief
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I don't get many headaches during the year but when I do they are quite painful and last a really long time. There really hasn't been much out there that works completely for me to get rid of the headache but this product was very surprising to me. It helped quite a lot compared to other remedies I've tried. I had built up a tolerance to acetaminophen but I gave it a try and it worked better than I expected.

I was taught 'just take two tylenol'.
After reading the instructions, recommendations are take one tablet every four to six hours, and two if your headache is still persistent.
Well, Thank you Tylenol! I'm officially down to only needing ONE tablet at the onset. No upset tummy either as they are coated for gentleness. These worked great for me and will be on hand in my home.

Very Effective on Tough Headaches

I had one a couple weeks ago and took the Tylenol Ultra Relief and noticed my head starting to pound less even right away. It definitely alleviated my pain quicker than my regular extra strength meds. I will definitely be using this going forward, to provide immediate relief.

Works Better Thank Expected
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have been prone to migraines for years and at times am down for 2 or 3 days with one. Once I felt this one coming on I thought I would try the sample I got from Sample Source and well it helped to ward off the migraine. Which worked out perfectly because I was out of my prescription. I never got to the point of a full blown migraine so can't comment on that but it worked super for staving off the demon.

Fast Relief

Sometimes I get these headaches that slowly progress into a migraine, and usually the only thing that will get rid of it is a dark room and sleep. Last night the headache started and I took 1 right away and it never progressed any further, after about an hour my headache was gone.

Headache was beating me but Tylenol beat the headache

The next day at work I got a headache, fluorescent lighting and staring at a screen did not help it at all. Thankfully, I had my Tylenol Ultra Relief sample on hand and I was impressed with how well it worked. In about 20 minutes I could feel the tension easing and in about 40 minutes the headache was gone! When I came home my boyfriend mentioned he had a little headache as well and I recommended these samples. He said his headache was goneasy in about 30 minutes. Will definitely buy MORE!!

Amazing for pain relief

Tylenol ultra with caffeine

I routinely get migraines and have various aches and pains that I need to control. The addition of caffeine is a bonus for me since I am trying to slow down on drinking it but with these I still get the benefits of it my system to help control the migraines.

Fast and effective
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I suffer from headaches due to screen time for work. When youre in the zone I forget the 20/20 rule and can work for hours. This helps at the end of the day when Im winding down. It is different for everyone but within 5-7 minutes I start to feel relief. I like how these pills are small, coated, and easy to swallow. Last thing I want is chalky pills thatll make me gag. I highly recommend this product!

Works for headaches

However, taking it for a regular headache, I did find it to be effective. The combination with caffeine seems to help my headaches better than Tylenol on its own. As such, I believe that it would make a good tool in the arsenal to fight migraines. I would recommend this product.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This Extra Strength Tylenol Ultra Relief tablet made my headache disappear in 20 minutes. The Acetaminophen + Caffeine combination was incredibly effective. As someone who sometimes has trouble swallowing pills, the candy coated tablet made it easy to swallow and also didn't leave a powdery, gross taste in my mouth. I will definitely be buying these again, and recommending to my family and friends.
