Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you: Are pregnant or breastfeeding; Have chronic alcoholism; Have a serious liver or kidney disease; Use any other medications including natural health products, prescription drugs, salicylates or other pain and fever relief medications. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately, even if you do not notice any possible signs or symptoms such as increased sweating, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. Headache and migraine relief!

Tylenol Ultra Relief have been my go-to for headache and migraine pain for many years. They contain caffeine so they work more quickly and effectively than regular extra strength tablets at relieving pain. They are coated and easy to swallow, and I generally feel better with just one of these tablets as opposed to two of another variety. 10/10 would recommend trying this product if you suffer from constant headaches like I do.

Finally great relief for mild migraines!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I got to try Tylenol's extra strength Ultra relief tablets in exchange for an honest review. I work a full time job with 7.5 hours a day in front of 3 computer screens and migraines can sometimes stop me from doing my job or even get a good night sleep. These Tylenol Ultra relief are doing a fantastic job at relieving migraines and headaches. There is cafeine in them but I didnt find that it affected my sleep or anything like that. I recommend them to anyone looking for mild migraine relief.

Total Relief

Usually I have to wait quite a while for the pain to go away with other medicine but just one tablet and my headache was gone. In no time I felt like myself again and was able to carry on with my day. No more headache! I will always reach for the ultra relief Tylenol when I need to get rid of any aches or pains I am having.

And boy am i glad I was selected it has been a stressful couple weeks and these helped with my headaches so much nothing I tried worked or helped but I started using these and wow the headaches went away and helped me feel better. I like how easy they are to swollow and how fast they worked. The bottle is easy to open and easy to close. These work so good I will be picking up more as soon as this bottle is empty.

Really Good Headache Relief

When I have a headache I regularly take specific pills (that I have used for years) or for migraines I have prescription medication. I tried Tylenol Ultra relief and was very surprised and excited that I found another over the counter pain reliever. It was extremely effective - it took less than 30 minutes and my head was absolutely gone. I will definitely be buying these again and recommending them to my friends. I was forced into buying Tylenol, when Canada stopped bringing in Excederin. I was pleasantly surprised to find it worked equally as good as excederin.

Works but lots of competition

I'd hesitate to repurchase as there are a number of headache remedies out there so competition is strong. The caffeine is a good addition, but i don't know if it's needed every time?

Works Like a Charm

No matter the pain

I recently received this product through sample source I had strayed away from using any brand named pain reliever believing that they were all the same. However after recently having a strained calf muscle I needed something that would relieve the intense pain quickly and would take the aches away that arise from tension headache which happen with these type of accidents I was very happy with the outcome and have highly recommended Tylenol ultra relief to all my friends.

Fast relief for headache pain

After a long week I was surprised by a painful headache. I needed something that would work quickly so I could enjoy my Saturday. I took my Tylenol Ultra Relief and within 25 minutes I could feel pain fading away. It was easy to take and quick. Tylenol is always my go to for headaches, but the Ultra Relief worked even faster. Tylenol ultra relief works fast!

I was very happy with how quickly it worked for me. Within 10 mins or so I was feeling much better and able to continue with my day. Within the last few weeks I have used Tylenol Ultra a few times for "weather changing" headaches and it worked fast and amazing every time! I am very happy with this product and will defiantly buy it again.

Tylenol Migraine Relief.

For my it took about half an hour to work, once it worked boy did it ever! It knocked out my migraine and allowed me to continue on with my day. As someone that gets migraines that bring on the noise and light sensitivity I would recommend this product - definitely worth it.

Works quickly and effectively!
I have teenagers, who may, on occasion, give me a few headaches! Ok, understatement of the year, but this stuff worked amazing! Headache was gone with 15-20 minutes, and stayed gone......if only the teens would stop arguing with me and giving me headaches! Little expensive for the amount of medicine included, but worth it!

Surprised at how fast it worked
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I typically don't find pain meds help with my headaches so when this came I thought nothing of it. I tossed it in my purse and forgot about it. A few days late I woke up with immense pressure in my head ( thank you Alberta weather ) so I took 2 but assumed it would be around all day. Within 20 minutes it was gone and didn't come back.. I loved it so much I had another girl at the office try them and even she said it helped over her migraine meds that were prescribed.

They aren't lying when they say quick relief
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I had received a sample of this last week and had the perfect opportunity to try it out before a toddler's birthday party this past weekend. About half an hour before we had to leave for the party I had developed a splitting headache and knew it would really give me grief if I didn't take care of it. I took one Tylenol Ultra and by the time I finished getting everyone ready to head out the door the headache had subsided. This will be my new go-to headache remedy!

It had gotten progressively worse all day, to the point it hurt to think. I was reaching for my usual reliever when I spotted the Tylenol I had received from Sample Source. Typically I take ibuprofen but my last few headaches were stronger and all ibuprofen did was dull the pain rather than take it away. I tried your product and I am happy to report it took the headache away quickly and kept it away all day. I was able to carry on with my regular daily routine instead of laying around all day in pain.

Great option for headache sufferer
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I unfortunately have suffered from migraines for many years. Some so bad that the only relief is sleep, darkness and quiet. But sometimes you don't have the luxury to just sleep and need something to help take some of the pain away. I have tried many different pain meds and most recently was able to try Tylenol Ultra Headache courtesy of @thisisbutterly This stuff worked like a charm for those headaches that are a little worse then a regular one and not yet a full blown migraine. As long as I take it right away, it seems to take the edge off and makes my day more manageable. No drowsiness or side effects. Great addition to my medicine cabinet!

Fast Relief

I am a little leery of using them too late in the evening because of the caffeine that they contain. So far my headaches have occurred early in the day and the pills have been effective at relieving them fast so I haven't had to use them late enough in the day that the caffeine would affect my ability to sleep at night.

This is the one!

I received this as a sample and I tucked it away in the cabinet hoping to not have to use it. But 2 days ago when the worst migraine I have ever had happened to me I reached for this bottle. Bye bye head pain!

After popping one of these tablets, I noticed considerable relief of my symptoms within 20 minutes. My headache pain was almost completely annihilated! Hallelujah. These tabs are easy to swallow and I did not have any adverse side-effects (easy on the tummy). I will absolutely keep using this product to alleviate my head pain.
