PASSION FLOWER (110mg) - Traditionally used in the Americas and in Europe as a calming herb for anxiety, insomnia, seizures, and hysteria. It is still widely used today to treat anxiety and insomnia.
ORANGE EXTRACT (85mg) - A ?bioflavonoid? of citrus fruit that reduces stress and anxiety and have also sedative properties.
LION?S MANE (30mg) - Lion?s mane is a mushroom mainly used in treating neurological disorders. It has positive effects in both reducing anxiety and depression.
SCHISANDRA (25mg) - Schisandra exerts sedative and anti-anxiety effects therefore reducing stress and inducing tranquilization. It is used to help alleviate tension due to fidgeting, dream disturbed sleep, palpitation and for treating insomnia.
LOQUAT (65mg) - Loquat fruit has many properties including as a mild sedative and helping to treat indigestion and colds.
JUJUBE (45mg) - The seed of the fruit is commonly used in remedies for insomnia and to alleviate anxiety. In traditional chinese medicine it is used for its calming effects.
REHMANNIA (15mg) - This herb?s function is to tonify the blood and Yin, deficiencies of which are a common reason for insomnia in traditional chinese medicine. It is used to relieve anxiety and nervous exhaustion.
TURMERIC EXTRACT (18mg) - Extracted from the herb ?Turmeric?, curcumin may increase the sleep activating hormones. Well known also for its anti-inflammatory and stress relief properties.
TUBER FLEECE FLOWER (15mg) - Properties of this plant include treating insomnia due to restlessness and dream-disturbed sleep with its combining action of tonifying the blood and Yin.
L-TRYPTOPHAN (30mg) - Well known for its sedative and sleep-inducing qualities.

If I have trouble falling asleep, I take one of these amazing pills. It lets me sleep 7-8 hrs. I feel fresh when I wake up and ready to start my day. This product is the best ever.

This product does help you to sleep - thatâÂÂs for sure, but be careful if you do use it for more than 3 weeks!! This product contains many adaptogens that have not been extensively studied, especially not for long term use. I developed headaches, acid reflux, fatigue after using it for 1 month. I also developed worse insomnia after stopping these supplements. Use at your own risk.

This stuff works. I have an easy time falling asleep but cannot stay asleep. These pills are incredible - the only thing that has worked in over a year of sleep problems. No drowsiness in the morning at all. I also have the Lite for when I wake up at 12:30 and can't fall back to sleep. amazing.

These help me fall asleep. I'm not sure that they help me stay asleep for longer than usual, but I'm pretty sure that they do. I worry that I'm not supposed to take them for longer than 3 weeks, because if they continue to work, I will want to take them all the time.

My husband and I both use this product along with several of our friends. If you are having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep I would highly recommend this product. You have no groggy after effects from this product.

This product definitely works - I had quite severe insomnia for years and I instantly slept; however, I can't get off of it. If I try to sleep without it, sleep is even worse than before - ZERO sleep without this now.

This product works! My husband uses the Full night. I use the Lite on nights when I wake up at two in the morning and canâÂÂt get back to sleep. Little or no after effects the next morning.
