I have only been using this for 3 weeks so I can say if it's helping my skin and hair yet but I am disappointed that you can't use it in anything COLD. I wanted to just add it to water but it is not tasteless, it has a definite taste, like you're licking a cow hide. And if you try to add it to your smoothie it turns into a gummy inedible paste. I have been adding it to my coffee instead and that seems to be working okay but the advertised discreption needs some editing.

All that it claims to be!
I have been taking Vital Protein in my daily protein shake for about 8 months and my joint pain is pretty much gone! My skin and hair has drastically improved, too! I have a twin sister, who I hadn’t seem in a year, and there is noticeable difference in our skin now. She thinks I have had cosmetic procedures and was kind of mad about the situation! It is just Vital Protein, no surgical stuff for me! Fabulous product and I am a life long fan.

Loving the results
I have been purchasing this product month over month for myself and my mother. My achy joints have improved, skin and nails. When I neglect taking it for so many days I noticed a change. My mother has fibromyalgia she has been using this product for over six months and feels a major difference in her daily pain - she is able to be more mobl. One Of The Best
Anyone who says this collagen peptide powder tastes or doesn’t mix well hasn’t tried others. It flies off the shelves @ supplement stores for a reason! I just wish the product had vitamin C included like in the USA. It would be super convenient not to have to take vitamin C tablets as well.

So far so good
I've been using this for about 3 months now and I still enjoy it. Not sure I notice many results but my nails might be a bit stronger and hair has a bit more lustre to it. I love having it in my morning tea or coffee because I don't notice the taste. I haven't bothered trying it in cold drinks since other reviews mentioned it doesn't dissolve well in cold. I'll continue to use it because I simply enjoy it.

It works
I have been using Vital for the past year & has helped with my joints. It dissolves very well in hot drinks...I take it in my coffee. If you take it with a glass of water, the taste is not too bad either. You just have to shake the it not stir it. The only thing I don't understand is why the same product in the States has Vit C and to take 2 scoops and ours don't. The container says to take 1 scoop but I take 1 1/2 scoops otherwise, did not feel too much of a difference. It helps me greatly.

Dissolves easily, but not tasteless
This is my first time trying collagen and I've only been taking it for 3 weeks, so I haven't noticed any changes with respect to my body. It dissolves very easily in warm water, but it is definitely not tasteless. If you drink your coffee black, you will be able to notice a difference in taste. I have resorted to mixing the collagen with the smallest amount of water and chugging it back with my nose plugged.

Very happy so far
I have noticed my skin looks more clear. I also suffer from Iliotibial band syndrome and have noticed a decrease of pain from my hip. Suggestions say wait 5 months for the full affects, I can't wait for that, so far, very happy with this product. Taken in water is great, there really is no taste, more of a slight texture change in the water, but hardly noticeable.

Been a couple of weeks
So I have only been using it for a couple of weeks. Easily dissolves into my morning coffee. The odd thing is a have a bloating/weight gain that has started and this product is the only new thing added to my daily routines. Is there a possibilty of weight gain?

Tasteless
May sound negative but it is easy to take. Just add to your hot coffee and it dissolves before it gets to the bottom. Absolutely no taste. I have noticed a difference in my joint pain and it hasn’t been that long. They say to see the best results you need to use for a minimum of 5 months. Will keep you posted!

NOT FLAVOURLESS AS ADVERTISED
This is not tasteless as advertised and it tastes HORRIBLE, especially in a cold beverage. Also, it clumps into a gummy blob in anything cold as well. It is more tolerable in coffee, but not by much. Very disappointed, especially at this price point. Please change the description as it is not flavourless.

Only Collagen I Use
I've used Vital Proteins for 5 years on recommendation of my holistic nutritionist..I just add it to my tea every morning...dissolves completely and no after taste..I can really see the difference in my hair, nails and skin but started taking Vital Proteins for my gut health.

Just in my 2nd week of starting vital Proteins. If mixed in coffee i get a collagen taste at the bottom of the cup. But mixed with a smoothie no taste and it adds more airiness to the smoothie. Will edit comment in a month or 2 from now to report any additional changes.

Joint Pain Relief
This product has relieved joint pain in my legs and wrists. As a side benefit my skin has improved and my hair feels thicker and is shiny. The only down side is the odor and taste. To overcome this, I add a squirt of flavored water additive such as Mio water enhancer.

Pretty good
I’m sure there are better proteins out there and I’m not completely sold on needing collagen. This product is fine, on its own it doesn’t taste great but it mixes well enough in shakes and in protein balls.

Best dissolving collagen
I've tried a couple of different kinds of collagen powders now - I drink a scoop in my coffee in the mornings. This one works the best in terms of easy dissolving. It really just disappears and there isn't much taste (it probably helps that I drink my coffee black but strong). There's a slight scent. After taking collagen since January, I would say my skin and nails are better - it isn't a miracle but every bit counts.

I am just starting to use Collagen and bought Vital Protein based on the reviews I read. I am very happy so far with the product. I add it to my coffee in the morning and it dissolves very well. I Love This!
This supplement really is tasteless, doesn’t add any texture, & mixes in very well. It mixes seamlessly with tea, coffee, or water ( I drink room temperature water). I rebuy this supplement regularly. I only wish it came with vitamin C already in it so I didn’t have to take it as well to aid in my absorption of the collagen peptides. This USA has that, why not Canada?!

I have been taking this supplement for about 3 months; after a month of daily use I really noticed my back and joint pain is dramatically reduced. Vital Proteins has shown to be beneficial for hair, skin and nails - faster growth, strong and healthy. It tastes like nothing and dissolves well in a shaker cup with my almond milk. Very happy with Vital Collagen
I was using another brand which was in pill form. I just couldn’t swallow these huge pills. But then I saw the Ad for Vital and needed to try it. I love how it dissolves so quickly, I don’t taste it at all in my coffee, ( I do sence a slight taste in my tea) it has no smell, and my hair is growing very quickly. The skin around my neck is firmer too.

My favourite Collagen
This is the best Collagen I’ve ever had. Been taking it for over a year now and see a big difference on my skin, hair and nails. I noticed that my hair is thicker than before and it grows really fast. I always have crack nails especially when it’s a little bit long, but ever since I take Vital Proteins Collagen I don’t have crack nails anymore.

Great in hot beverages!
I just started taking this product so I’m not sure on the effects yet but I can say that it is tasteless and it dissolves very quickly in my hot tea or coffee. I once tried it with cold water and it made it a little murky with a slight taste...not a fan of it in water. I also got the packets for when I’m on the go or travelling, very convenient!

just as previous reviews have said, there is no taste! it dissolves completely and I find that it doesn't add any texture or thickness to my drink. I've added it into my teas, coffees, and matcha and it blends seamlessly. Have not tried mixing it with plain water yet but I don't think it should give off any taste? Definitely recommend!!!!

I purchased this product to hopefully improve joint health. While we are now on our second container, I believe it is still a bit too early to report any remarkable improvements. However, I do see some improvement in our movements i.e. agility. We put it in our morning coffee and it dissolves quickly without any discernible taste.
